51-100 $500/ $650
101-200 $750/$900
½ off for members personal use Jan-Oct
In November and December it is a flat $750/$900 for everyone due to high demand
$60 linen fee
$25/ hour for bartender to have a cash bar,
**For parties after regular business hours with no bartender, there will be a $25 per hour
charge.
$150 mandatory set up /clean up fee
**After Midnight, a $150 per hour fee will be charged.
